You Are Your Most Powerful Asset.


Being able to have success is very simple. It isn't always easy, but it is very simple. I have been able to break down my own experience and provide you with a solution.

You heard me right.

I am about to give you the solution to your problems. It is not some magic lotion, potion, or pill. It is very simple and you - yes even you - can follow it. The question will be will you apply it?

My solution presents itself in six steps. Lets see how they all break down.

#1. Have a Dr.Phil moment. - so how is that working for you? Are you doing the same thing over and over again? Are you still expecting different results? Did you know that is the definition of insanity?

#2. Only those who see the invisible can do the impossible. - Only shooting stars break the mold. The truly successful do things a little bit differently than everyone else. If you are doing the things that everyone else is doing, than you are going to get the results they are as well. I don't know about you, but that just isn't good enough for me.

#3. Develop a plan. - failing to plan is planning to fail. If you don't know how to get from New York to Los Angeles would you just start walking? How long would that take you? Where would you end up? Eventually you would just give up. (sound like most of the goals you have had in the past?)

#4. Become personally accountable and responsible. - The buck stops here. Once you make yourself the end all for everything in your life, everything takes on a whole new perspective. If it is your fault you didn't get that raise/promotion/award, then you will work smarter to achieve it.

#5. Self education. - Schooling will make you smart, but self education will make you a success. Think about everything you learned in school. It is the same thing everyone else learned too. It is what the other guy learned on his own that sets him apart from you.

#6. Use time each week. - If you make it a point to review and adjust each week, then you will stay on track. The more you keep it fresh in your mind, the more you will think about it, and the more you will accomplish.

Who Are You?

You have seen it before. There is always someone out there who is better looking, more successful, and more whatever you can think of. There is always someone who has the secret you need to accomplish your goals. And without them, you are doomed to failure.

B.S.

So many of us are spending our time trying to become successful or reach a goal that we start to mimic other people, thinking we will achieve what they have if we only copy them. You couldn't be further from the truth.

The truth is you are very important and very valuable. There is only one you, and you need to present you to the world. Let me give you an example...

When I first started marketing on YouTube, I watched a ton of videos from people who were already successful in this industry. I wanted to see what they were doing so I could have success as well. Sound familiar?

I started to copy the styles and content I found the gurus doing and applying them to my own videos. Did it bring me success?

Nope.

Nada.

Zilch.

One day it finally hit me. The only way to have success is to be me. When I stopping making videos the way other people were and started making them the way I would, I started to have success with video marketing.

Why?

It is quite simple. People started to get the real me.

People can tell when you are you. There is a genuineness about you that only shines through when you are being you. Your subconscious tells you when someone is faking it, and no one will follow a faker.

But Jeremy, I just got started today. Why would anyone follow a newbie? I can't possibly be myself.

Wrong again.

Your desire and passion for success will shine through if you be yourself. People don't follow income claims, systems, or the next best lotion/potion/pill.

They follow people.

And if you give them the real you, and you truly strive for success, they will follow you.

All the way to the top.

Are You Going To Complain Or Are You Going To Do Something About It.


Unless you have been living under a rock lately, you have undoubtedly heard from many political candidates about many issues that face us all.

Of course, if you have been living under a rock, maybe these issues don't affect you. But that is whole different story...

Regardless of where you stand on these issues or which candidates you plan on voting for, the most important thing you can do is VOTE.

I once heard a quote that went something like this:

"Americans would cross the entire globe to fight for democracy, but would not cross the street to vote."

Thinking about this brings me to the topic at hand. I hear all sorts of opinions coming from everyone about this issue and that issue. Yet only a fraction of the people I hear complaining are actually doing anything about it.

So here is my thought for you.

VOTE.

It is the single most powerful weapon we posses. We preach about how much freedom we have and how we decide who is running our government, which in turn means we are in control of our government.

You want to make your world a better place? Do your part. Find out where the candidates stand on issues. Find out what their plan of action is going to be. Become well informed and take action.

It is your right AND your responsibility.

Eliminate Your Job Before It Eliminates You


Are you worried about job elimination and office cutbacks? That is a hot topic for a lot of people these days. As you sit and worry about if your job will still be there for you tomorrow, a list of worrisome questions arise:

How will I support my family? Will I lose my house to foreclosure? How will I be able to pay my bills? What am I going to do about health insurance for my family?

These are all troublesome questions that many people are asking themselves today. Do you want to be one of them? I definitely do not.

I have secured my future. I made the decision to define my own future, rather than letting someone else do that for me. I started my own business marketing products for a financial services company.

I found this solution to be the best of both worlds. I was able to set my own schedule and determine my own worth, instead of letting someone else tell me what I was worth. Being my own boss is a great feeling, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is motivated to make a change in their lives.

I mentioned that I market financial products. I see this as a recession proof industry. Lets face it, as the economy goes down, more and more people are searching for the financial answers they need to survive in life. I no longer have to worry about having a demand for my business because it will always be there.

Now I know what you are thinking. You have no marketing knowledge and starting your own business can be expensive. I felt the same way when I was looking for a way out of the rat race. But what I found during my search was something that was teachable and affordable.

The new internet business model allowed me to start my own business for a lot less than traditional brick and mortar type business would. I didn't have to rent a building, I didn't have to keep an inventory, and I didn't have to hire a bunch of teenage employees to run my business. I couldn't believe that something like this existed.

I was able to start my own business and learn from people who were already successful running their own internet business. They taught me exactly what they did to become a success. I was able to get my business up and running and leave my job far behind.

I no longer worry about job elimination or job outsourcing. I work from home and support my family. I no longer have a list of worrisome questions that plague me everyday. I work on my schedule and enjoy spending time with my family. If you have motivation, then I highly recommend doing the same thing for yourself. Do some research and choose a business model that fits your needs and goals. Your future can be whatever you want it to be, if you actively pursue it.

Could It Come At A Better Time?


Okay, I admit it.

After racking my brain on a plethora of subjects to blog about, I have ultimately decided that there is nothing worth blogging about this week. Not to say that there is nothing happening in the world, but who wants to read about your investments going belly up or how much mud slinging the political candidates are doing? Again.

Now, I honestly do enjoy the political punches that get thrown near election time. But, like you, writing about it now feels just like reading it or watching it on tv. At this point, enough is enough. And when it is all said and done, you will probably learn just as much as you would from this blog post. Nothing.

Aside from some chad counting, major voting screw ups, or some novel supreme court ruling, the next couple of weeks should bring a sigh of relief.

No more phone calls.

No more political tv commercials.

No more mass junk mailings.

Hopefully, nothing of any importance will fill our lives. We will all just sit back and have our moments of zen. That is of course until we all start blaming everyone else for all of our problems. Again.

Can You Survive Leaving Corporate America?


To stay home or not to stay home with your children is the big question many parents are asking themselves. Or perhaps it is not a question if you should stay home or not. Maybe it is a desire to stay home and raise your children. You may then have the question 'how can I stay home and raise my children without going broke?'

Well, I have come across a solution to this problem of staying home to raise my children while not going broke at the same time. It something I call being a 'Full Throttle Marketer.'

Now I know what is going through your mind right now, and I want to ease your fears.

I do not have any formal marketing training.

I went to college and obtained my associates degree in automotive technology. I think you would agree with me that this is far from anything close to marketing. I can however, follow simple instructions. If you can do the same, then you can find success while staying home with your family.

I want to clarify something here: this applies to being your own boss, becoming an entrepreneur, etc. This does not apply to working for someone else from your home.

You will want to find an opportunity with a lucrative compensation plan. This is a must if you want to make any significant amount of money from home. If you are going to be investing your time in a business venture, you will want to be well compensated for it.

You will also want to check for ease of getting started and expansion. You may be starting your new business with little to no experience, and having some pre-made templates will allow you to get your business venture up and running quickly.

But wait, I also mentioned expansion. You want to be able to expand what I call 'You, Incorporated.' Having templates is great for getting started, but once you get the ball rolling, you will want to starting branding you and your business, and templates just won't work for that. Make sure you can brand yourself once you get some experience under your belt.

Okay, this all sounds great, but what about the time I want to spend with my family. Isn't that the whole purpose for working from home? This all sounds like it is very time consuming.

You want to find a business model that has a professionally staffed call center that does all of the selling and telling for you. Lets face it, ninety-five percent of all people have no selling skills. How can you possibly sell enough of your business to make a decent living and still have time for your family? That is the whole point of having a call center. They know how to sell and they are good at it. This will free up your time so you can concentrate on what I mentioned at the beginning of this article: Full Throttle Marketing.

If you can spend all of your work time marketing you and your business, and not have to worry about selling, you can increase your business dramatically. Marketing is what drives people to your business. The more marketing you do, the more potential customers you have. Think about how much more marketing you could be doing and how much less selling you would be doing.

This also allows you to do something else: run your business on autopilot. You can take that vacation or day trip you have always wanted to go on. Maybe your son has a baseball game today. Or your daughter has a dance recital. Wouldn't it be great to never miss another activity again? To have that guilt just disappear? And since you have a call center closing all of your sales for you, you will be generating an income even while doing these things you enjoy.

So lets wrap up. Becoming a Full Throttle Marketer allows you to stay home with your family, earn an actual income that you can support your family on, and you get to work on your schedule. So what are you waiting for? Put your life at Full Throttle!

Recession Woes Will Hit Us All

Who Will Survive This Economic Downturn?


I believe the stock market is going to be a tough place to be for some time. I know, Bear market recoveries can be very powerful, and can even recover 50% of their losses. However, I extremely doubt that this will happen for this particular bear.

My reasoning is simple.

While the stock market is already down 40% from its highs, the economy is just now heading into a recession, one which I believe will be an incredibly painful one for most people.

Historically, the stock market begins to recover from a recession about half way through it. That tells me that we have at least 6 months to a year before that will be possible. Furthermore, this will not be a run of the mill recession. For one, the credit market is dead, and it will continue to be very difficult to get any loans. Since our economy is now a debt based one, this is very bad news, and once layoffs begin to increase, just as they did this past month with 159,000 people losing their jobs, the reality of all this will begin to set in.

People go through 3 definitive phases when dealing with difficult financial times in their life. Phase one is denial, which is where we are currently. Right now most people see this as just a temporary fluctuation in the stock market, and believe that it will soon turn around, but it will not. Phase two is when reality really begins to set in. Layoffs, foreclosures, and bankruptcies, which are only beginning to increase in their intensity, become reality. And then there is phase three, which I refer to as surrender. This is when things are so bad that an individual will sell everything left, with any value at all, just to hold on to some remnants of their prior life.

If this all sounds incredibly bleak, that’s because it is. 80% of the country is upside down financially, and as you have probably noticed, very little of the $3 trillion that is being put back into the economy by the Federal Reserve will actually help individuals directly. Ok, this newly printed flash cash will ensure that the banking system survives, but none of it will be deposited into any of our bank accounts, which is where its needed most.

Why I am calm, cool, and collect


So I recently went by one of the Ford dealerships I used to work at. I expected to get the usual small talk about how lucky I am, how much everyone hates their jobs, and how much they need to get out of there.

All talk and no action. Exactly what I expected.

But I noticed something different this time. Everyone was standing there talking to me. No one was selling cars and no one was fixing cars. The place looked like a ghost town.

So I inquired about recent business. There wasn't much to talk about. There was no recent business.

So how could that be?

Didn't I know that the economy was in shambles? Didn't I know that everyone is pinching their pennies? Didn't I know that people were losing their homes, their cars, and their jobs?

Sure I did. I read about it all the time.

So how do I keep my composure? Why am I not worried?

Simple. I am an entrepreneur. I make money for me and not someone else.

I market financial products, something everyone needs now that the economy is in a downward spiral. The more the markets fall, the more people come looking for me.

So the next time you are thinking about how much the cost of gas and groceries are going up, try thinking about something you can do about it. Start creating wealth today and a legacy for tomorrow, and your worries about the poor economy just seem to disappear.

Marketing 101

This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship


Often I am asked by new entrepreneurs what marketing methods I used when I first started. They want to know effective ways to generate leads and produce income. They want to get their business going, but are unsure on which road to take.

Now, I don't want you to take this the wrong way, because I think it is great that people are seeking answers to their questions. In order to be successful, you should do what successful people are doing, right? However, you do not possess the proper mindset for success if you are asking. Doing exactly what I am doing or was doing will not bring you success.

First off, you should be enjoying your new business venture. If you wanted to be miserable, you would be at your job, right? So if I told you that I had tremendous success doing blogs and forum posts, but you hate writing, how much sense would it make for you to do these tasks when you are first starting?

Zero.

Zilch.

Nada.

You would be miserable. Your heart wouldn't be in it. And you would quit. End of story. You would become a statistic and label that business opportunity as a scam.

So what do you do?

I help teach members of my team to use all sorts of different marketing strategies. Ever hear of MySpace or Facebook? How about Squidoo or HubPages? Blogs or forums? How about articles or press releases? Ever seen a banner ad or search marketing ad?

These, as well as others, are all ways to market your new found business. They are all effective at generating leads. There is only one problem with each of them.

You.

Hardcore. I have been called that several times. But the fact remains that these marketing strategies don't fail.

Your marketing fails.

So what is the difference?

When you first start with your new business, you need marketing that is going to work fast to generate you leads. So again I am asked, which one should I do?

You are the only person that can answer that question. You need to determine your strengths, your weaknesses, and what you really enjoy doing. Start with a strength that you enjoy doing. You will be able to master this fast and you will enjoy doing it.

Pick the wrong technique, and you will hate every minute of it. Period.

Once you master one or two marketing techniques, start on a third or fourth one. Continue to build from there. It will make your journey of becoming a master marketer more enjoyable. Success will come faster too.

That is what we all want, right? Enjoyable success.

If you conquer all of the easy stuff first, there will be no hard stuff.

A Secret to Your Success

Lets face it, during a typical day in our lives there are times when it is easy to be a positive person, and there are times when it is not.

What expectations do you have for yourself as an entrepreneur? 300 leads a day? More money coming in than you know what to do with? A Donald Trump or Robert Kiyosaki image? No doubt that you, and I, have a picture in your mind about what a 'super' entrepreneur is. But is your vision realistic or just a glorified picture of what you think you ought to be?

Being positive does not mean you have to be perfect. In fact, the vocabulary of a positive entrepreneur does not contain the word perfect. A positive entrepreneur realizes that neither circumstances nor people are ever perfect.

God knew what he was doing when he created each and every one of us, imperfections and all. He uses our unique combination of abilities and disabilities to help build loving and balanced relationships. Often we are tempted to compare ourselves to other people, even 'perfect' people we see on television and movies, and forget that we were created as unique people designed to benefit our unique environments.

Other entrepreneurs may look like they have it all together, but in reality they, just like you and me, have their good points along with their flaws, challenges, and regrets. The difference is they don't get discouraged by their weaknesses. Instead, they are determined to build on their strengths.

The Reason Your Team Members Quit

Why wasn't your prospect successful?


On the surface this may seem like a very simple question that could be answered by a few of the typical/obvious answers:

They quit. They didn't plug in. They didn't participate.

The list goes on and on...

What you want to ask yourself, or maybe even know about yourself, is WHY...

WHY didn't they follow through, while others do?

When I finally learned the answer to this question during a conference call with one of my mentors, it became one of those 'ah ha' moments I will never forget...

Not only did the reason behind their results reveal itself, but the reason for my recent success level became clear as well.

So what is the answer?

Why do most people fail when a select few succeed?

Wait for it...

Those who do succeed have a Core Desire to do so.

Those who don't share that same Core level of desire will not.

"Desire... so what, I have already heard that 100 times from my upline: 'Just look for people with desire and you'll do great... do what they do... and so on. Everyone I talk to has the desire to make more money. It hasn't made any difference so far."

You are absolutely right.

The difference is in their amount of desire.

The only time anything ever gets done in your life, when you follow it through to completion with a sense of urgency, is when you desire to accomplish that task at a Core Level of 100 on a scale of 100.

You must accomplish it. It's a part of you. It consumes you.

It controls your thoughts above and beyond anything else all day, every day.

These are Core desires, and the people who achieve great success in network marketing, have that accomplishment as a core desire.

They are the ones you see on stage and hear on the training calls.

That's it. That's the big secret.

If achieving your goal, whether it is to buy a house, save for retirement, pay off your credit cards, or fire your boss, is not a core desire, and not attached to your networking business, you will not succeed. No exceptions.

The truth is that most people in this industry did not buy a business, they bought hope. And hope is never backed by true desire.

Hope is for the undecided and the unwilling.

Firing my boss and becoming a successful entrepreneur is a core desire of mine.

The desire to never work for anyone else again has been a dominating force in my life. It's the reason I continued to pour every spare cent I ever made into my business. It is the reason I had more debt than most people make in a year.

I had zero network marketing knowledge. I was an auto mechanic. All I knew how to do was put a wrench on a nut and turn it. Yet I kept going forward without doubt because I have this core desire at a level of 100 to succeed in networking.

And this means my success was 100% guaranteed. It was no longer a matter of IF, but when...

So that is why people you sponsor quit.

Don't get upset, frustrated, or even pissed off. 80% of people who join you will never sponsor more than 1 rep or customer. Most people simply don't have the desire at a level of 100 to attain their goals through their new business. They just bought hope in order to quiet that little voice inside them that keeps begging them to make a change.

Once they buy the business, and they don't make $1,000 in 5 days, they can then justify their fear of change with the "programmed knowledge" that it just "didn't work", and that they knew it was all a scam to begin with... This is especially true with opportunity seekers, which is why I never spend any of my money on leads and why you shouldn't either.

Have you reached that 'ah ha' moment yet?

It is very sad, yet very true. People are funny aren't they?

So my question to you is...

What is your desire level to accomplish your goals through network marketing?

Is it at 50? (like most people)

Is it at 80? (not enough)

Is it at 90? (getting closer)

Or is it at 100? (The only number that WILL produce results).

You should be able to tell pretty quickly...

What do you do each day to build your business? How many books on the industry have you read? How many conference calls are you on each week? How many people do you talk to about your business/product every day?

What would you be willing to give and sacrifice in order to have success?

If you are truly serious, then the answer to that questions is "whatever it takes", because I can promise you the end result is worth the sacrifice.

So how can you tell if your prospect is going to succeed or fail from the very first time you speak with them?

Ask them this question: "So which books are you currently reading on self-development and marketing?"

Anyone who is TRULY serious about being a successful entrepreneur will be able to name at least one book they are reading right now.

Those who can't are just kidding themselves.

But one of the biggest questions I have for you is this: "Are you one of the 80% looking for hope and destined for failure? Or are you at a core level of 100 to make your success a reality?"

The Herriage Manifesto Explained

Bernanke Drops The Ball, But AIG’s Rescue Gets Done


Sugarland, TX – September 18, 2008– Yesterday I wrote that the “FED must drop rates and that AIG must be bailed out”. Tonight we have word that the AIG bailout has happened, and that 80% of the company will now be owned by us…the US taxpayer. Congratulations everyone….we now owe over $1 trillion in additional unfunded liabilities.

"The Board determined that, in current circumstances, a disorderly failure of AIG could add to already significant levels of financial market fragility and lead to substantially higher borrowing costs, reduced household wealth and materially weaker economic performance," the NY Federal Reserve said.

Look, here’s the bottom line on all of this. The delirious “geniuses” that dreamed up these ridiculous instruments called “derivatives” over the last 10 years are to blame for the current mess we are in. If any of us were responsible for this monstrosity of a creation, we would be tarred, feathered and hanged for the whole world to see. I honestly don’t know if the worst is behind us, because I have lost complete confidence in a government that would allow this to happen in the first place. It’s almost as if they want it to happen….“it” being a repeat of the catastrophic events of the 1930’s Great Depression.

The truth is that I am an eternal optimist, and that I believe in the great spirit of ingenuity that lies in each of us. Unfortunately, “we” are not running things right now, and the idiots that are don’t seem to know how to right the ship that we are all sinking in.

So, what would I do if I ran the Federal Reserve??

I would institute the “Herriage Manifesto”: a FIVE STEP PLAN to completely clean up our markets in less than 30 DAYS:

One: I would open the books of the FED so that for the first time EVER, our private bankers accounting shenanigans could be audited and uncovered. The FED is as Federal as Federal Express…which means that it’s not federal at all. It’s a private cabal that lines the pockets of the worlds “ultra elite” through massive criminal activity and should ultimately be abolished… and the crooks that profit from our misery should be thrown in jail for life!

Two: I would place the US dollar back on a limited version of the gold standard immediately, and reverse the amazingly poor decision made in 1973, when Nixon removed all of gold’s backing from our currency. Then, over a 50 year period I would mandate that 25% of all money in circulation must be backed directly by gold. This move would reduce interest rates by 50% overnight, increase lending to consumers by 300%, and would have real estate prices appreciating across the board NOW…and for decades to come.

Three: I would eliminate “naked short selling” and make these crooks immediately cover their short positions so that Wall Street thieves couldn’t drive otherwise healthy companies into total and complete bankruptcy. This criminal short selling would be eliminated in less than an hour and we would see share prices rise by 10% in a single day…. and over 25% in 30 days. The fact that this has not already been done tells us that the foxes are guarding the hen house!

Four: I would make it a crime (criminal not civil) to issue derivatives that do not directly add to the well being and health of a particular industry or commodity. Derivatives make a lot of sense for a farmer that is hedging against a bad crop season, but they make no sense when used by financial institutions that are using them to increase their returns by 2% per year, while placing the entire financial system as we know it at risk.

Five: I would remove all barriers to trade, and open the markets entirely so that a true ‘free enterprise” system could develop once and for all. Protectionism is the enemy of the entrepreneur, and once removed allows prices to move based purely on supply and demand. This allows businesses to make decisions based in what really works, pure and simple, instead of some government mumbo-jumbo about “protecting us” from international competition.

Where we go from here will be interesting to watch. This has the feel of a total selling climax, which gives us the massive negativity that we need to finally reach a contrarian bottom. The next few days will tell us if this is the case, so stay tuned.

The Entrepreneurial Mindset

Does your mindset really matter?


A home-based business requires extra time, motivation, and commitment from you. In most cases the person running the business is doing so alone or with very limited help. It is because of this that it is very crucial for you to have the desire to succeed.

In order for your business to flourish, you must flourish both mentally and physically. You will not be able to run your business if you are physically sick and you can't give your business everything that it needs if you are mentally negative. Physical fitness generates mental toughness. Similarly, you can reinforce a "nothing will stop me" mindset by challenging yourself in your athletic endeavours or physical fitness routine.

A positive mindset is imperative to the success of your home-based business. A positive mindset is so necessary because of the Law of Attraction. In simple terms, you will get what you expect to get. Before you can create a successful home-based business, you have to form a clear vision of what you want your home-based business to become. If you consistently think and hope for a mediocre business then you are likely to get that, or even less.

Aim as high as you possibly can so that even if you fall short of your dream, your chances of success are still great. Thinking positively stimulates your emotions and this helps to excite your creative spirit. Your brain responds to stimuli. Subject yourself to positive stimuli and avoid the negative stimuli. You will start beginning to see more things as possible. Read the success stories of others who came before you. The more you experience the positive mindset of successful people, the more you will see yourself on the same path of success. Those who expect negative things to happen, often experience negative things and fail as a result. A home-based entrepreneur who has a negative mindset is more likely to give up on their business the moment that a problem presents itself because it will be seen as a road block and impossible to pass. A home-based entrepreneur who has a positive mindset is likely to achieve success. Having a positive mindset does not mean that your journey will be free of problems, but someone with a positive mindset will find a way to conquer them. While it is not possible to cleanse yourself of all negative thoughts and influences in your life, it is possible to restrict them.

How does a home-based entrepreneur keep a positive mindset, especially when you don't have a strong support system? Begin by staying clear of people who don't support your home-based business and attempt to degrade you by making negative comments. You must also stay positive so that when you are met with opposition you are able to dispel it. If you begin to second guess your abilities as a home-based business owner because you let what other people say affect you, then you will not succeed. Keep in mind that the success of your home-based business is dependent upon you. This is why it is crucial for you to stay positive in all situations. There are problems and setbacks in everyone's career. It is not so much how many problems that you face that will determine the success of your business. It is your ability to surpass these unfortunate events that determines how profitable your home-based business will become.

In order to have success, you have to believe that nothing can stop you from achieving your goals. You won't always get what you want, but most often you get what you expect. As a home-based entrepreneur you should be consistently expecting prosperity, wealth, and overall success. Even if success doesn't come to you in the ways that you expect, your positive mindset can help you to put more allegiance in your home-based business and new opportunities will be abound. A positive mindset does not promise success by itself, but it will help you to achieve it. Plan carefully, be patient, and retain a positive mindset through everything and you will become a success.

The Value of Your Relationships

What good is your life if you have no one to share it with?


We are all seeking something better in life. A better house, a better car, and a better job. We want a cure for cancer, end world hunger, and bring global peace. All of these are sought after every day, and all of them would make someones life better. Still, what good is any of it if you have no one to share it with? Hence the need for our relationships.

Time, effort, and imagination must be summoned constantly to keep any relationship flourishing and growing. Grow your relationships, and you will grow your life.

Relationships are the backbone of our existence. We need to cultivate them as best we can. When you are on your deathbed, you want your family there with you, sending you on your journey. That is the sign of an excellent life. You can gain every possession in the world, but if you lose your relationships, what good has your life been? What legacy have you left and to whom did you leave it to?

Spend more time with your spouse. Spend more time with your children. Spend more time with your friends. Remember, life is always about the relationships and the way to build relationships is by giving them time. Relationships are a simple process really. You get what you give. The more you put into your relationships, the more you get out of them.

Obtaining and maintaining your relationships is not always easy. It takes effort to make the time. It takes effort to put up with another person's faults. It takes effort to utilize yourself to make your relationships everlasting.

Imagination just means that you have to see with your imagination what the relationship could be. Use your imagination to take your spouse out for a date like you used to. Use your imagination to plan a fantastic vacation for your family. Use the creativity that you use on the job to be successful in your family, even you might be amazed at the results.

It is time to make your life everything that it is supposed to be. Put these simple practices into motion and you will watch your life become greater than you thought possible.

Why today's society has little patience for you


You want to be successful at what you are doing, right?  So you come up with some product or service that you think a lot of people would want to buy.  You know that nobody will buy the product or service unless they know about it.  So you start marketing and advertising your product or service.  You do everything you can think of to get in front of consumers.  You quickly find that most people are frustrated with you, because you are wasting their valuable time.  People are yelling at you, hanging up on you, and telling you where you can stick it.

Companies today have come up with so many filters and labels that they market to you exactly what they think you will buy.  It is an information tidal wave and it is headed straight at all of us.  They know what you eat, what you wear, the car you drive, your favorite sandwich, your leisure activities, and how many hairs on your head.  They know exactly what you will buy, and they want you to buy it from them.

People today don't want to be bothered with anything anyone is trying to sell them.  Many things have gone into effect to protect consumers from this tidal wave of information coming straight at them.  From pop-up blockers to the do not call registry to spam filters, everyone wants to be left alone and not bothered with you or your product or service.  So now you are left with no way to reach your potential customers, right?  Wrong!

The internet is a virtual playground for almost everyone today.  This means that your potential customers are using the internet and are waiting for you to show them your product or service.  'But Jeremy, how do I reach these people if they don't want to be bothered or spammed or called?'  That is an excellent question and one that has a very simple answer.  You don't approach these people with your sales pitch.  You have them approach you.

People are very open and responsive when they are seeking an answer to their problems or want to know more about a specific subject.  You make yourself what other people are looking for.  It is a simple process called attraction marketing, and it works.  I do not cold call anyone.  I do not stop everyone within three feet of me and pitch my product to them.  I do not chase leads.  They chase me.  Your leads can chase you, too.  You just have to learn how.

Using this methodology that I like to call rejection free marketing, you too can see success where you have failed in the past.  You just have to do it.  It is that simple.

Ok, so I came across this post about a week ago on the MS Forum, and it instantly struck a cord with me.

After you’ve been in this industry as long as I have, you start to get X-ray vision when it comes to reading people, and the answer to this person’s dilemma, was painted right there throughout her post.

I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it for days, so I finally decided to share my thoughts about it with you…

Here it is…

My husband and I joined ******* in April. So far it has been a frustrating experience. We followed the steps our sponsor suggested and have seen nothing for results. Some people ask for more information and we talk but then they disappear. It seems like they see the price and figure its a scam. There is such a stigma around the internet that if you have to put in money upfront it's a scam. We can't seem to get people past the $3,000. I know there is an option for people to join for $100 to be an affiliate but then you pass up sales and people are like no way. I read on forums how much success people are having with their business and can't help but wonder what they are doing that we're not. We keep trucking and trying. Hopefully our efforts will pay off. So how many times have you heard other people say something just like this? How many times have you said something like this yourself?

I hear similar stories from people on a DAILY basis, and years ago, I could have written this post myself!

So let’s dissect this together, and I’ll share the insights I’ve gained through my experiences with you along the way.

Please understand that I’m not picking on the author in any way. In fact, I applaud her for seeking an answer, and have full confidence in her ability to find that answer and become a stronger leader for it.

This is about LEARNING, and GROWING. Who wrote the post above is irrelevant, because we’ve all been there, (myself included), but with that being said, I’m not going to sugar coat this…

My goal is to help you identify the psychology behind the words, so you can learn to identify your own weaknesses and address them.

There’s a lot going on here…

From the very beginning, “Sarah”, seeks out the sympathetic attention of others, and then tries to pin responsibility for her lack of success on something outside her self.

This is something you CANNOT allow yourself to do. You must take responsibility for your actions and your results.

Until you honestly and truly do, you’ll be an employee. Why? Because there’s no one to blame when you’re the boss, and until you’re comfortable with that fact, you’ll never be the boss.

It’s not your family’s fault, it’s not George Bush’s fault, it’s not because you were picked on as a child, it’s not your sponsor’s fault, and it’s not your marketing system’s fault.

Which brings my to my biggest pet-peeve in this industry... I can’t stand it when a leader hands someone an ingenious marketing system that WORKS for $50/Mo, and that would take them 5+ years and $250,000+ to create, and then they blame that leader when they don’t make any money.

These people are the whiners and complainers in this industry, and they’re the biggest p*****s on the planet.

It’s your fault. Accept that and be at peace with it. Once you do, you’ll gain access to an entirely new reality where the successful entrepreneurs play.

Everything that happens in my life, for better or worse, IS MY FAULT. And I’m totally fine with that.

When “Sarah” can’t figure out why she’s not succeeding, her mind tries to find the most logical reason why, and in this case, it’s price.

That’s an excuse. Price doesn’t matter.

I learned this the heard way, because I thought, (just like Sarah), that it did… But at that time, my opportunity only cost $200 to get started!

Yet I was coming from a poverty mentality, and back then $200 was a lot of money in my world.

That was my reality, and I projected my reality onto everyone else. I assumed they would think $200 was a lot of money as well, and guess what… The people I attracted to myself DID!

If you think a $3,000 fee is too expensive and that people won’t pay it, or that they’ll call it a scam… THEY WILL TOO.

If you think $3,000 is a bargain, and that your opportunity is truly valuable, then THEY WILL TOO.

It has nothing to do with the actual price. It has to do with your reality and whether or not you’re really congruent with the opportunity you’re in.

I understand that you might be hurting financially right now, and that’s fine, but you need to get this…

If you feel poor, you’re going to project that reality and see the world through poor persons glasses, and everything you say or do will be affected by it.

Well I have news for you...

The world isn’t poor. You just see it that way.

There are millions of people out there who would have no problems investing $3,000 to start a business.

Hell, people normally spend $10,000 to $20,000 to join MY opportunity. And that’s intentional!

I decided a few years ago, that I wanted to be involved in a business that RECQUIRED that kind of investment, because I only wanted to associate with people who were living in that kind of abundance and reality.

You are living in a mental world that you designed, and you constantly justify and support that world through the people you associate with, the books you read, the shows you watch, the actions you take, and the excuses you make.

People in this industry are looking for something OUTSIDE themselves to change their reality… They’re looking for a system, a product, and opportunity, a sponsor… ANYTHING and everything but themselves. These are the losers that buy quality training courses and then send them back when they don’t get rich.

I’ve probably bought 100 MORE books and training courses than you have over the past 10 years, and I’ve never sent back a single one.

Why? Because I don’t expect them to bring me results on a silver platter. I expected them to allow me to create my own results through sacrifice and hard work.

If you want to change your results, you have to change your attitude. You have to change the way you see yourself, your business, and the world around you.

People don’t see the internet as a scam, and the $3,000 price tag doesn’t matter to anyone but you.

Right now, you don’t live in a reality of abundance, and you aren’t truly congruent with the idea of being a leader just yet, because leaders don’t make excuses.

That’s FINE. NO ONE starts there. We all have to acquire those skills.

This is a matter of personal confidence. If you want to see the power of a changed reality in action… If you want proof that it’s possible… Then just watch any of those makeover shows on TV.

They take a person with zero confidence… A person with that doesn’t respect their body… A person that thinks the world hates them, and that they’re ugly… And within a day they completely transform their lives with a simple haircut and change of clothes.

They look into the mirror and they see someone completely different, someone confident, someone powerful, and instantly… A new reality for their life is created.
It is unbelievably powerful.

So here’s the deal… Leaders run into more problems than anyone else, but instead of placing blame, they look for solutions.

Instead of saying, “We followed the steps our sponsor suggested and have seen nothing for results”, they say…

“What can we do differently to get the results we want?” Where am I weak right now, and what can I do in order to strengthen that aspect of my life?”

Once you start asking yourself how you can move forward, find a solution to your problem, or reach your goal, your reality will change and you will get ideas that will allow you to do accomplish what you want.

If you’re frustrated with your life or your business right now for ANY reason at all, go walk up to a mirror and look closely, because the person you see is the only one that’s holding you back.
